AE2024: How to reinstall C4D?

So I decided to try the "real" C4D from Maxon for its 14-day trial, but I decided to just stick with what I have, so I uninstalled the C4D software. Only problem now is AE2024 is complaining that I have to install C4D to use the renderer, and it says that to do that I have to go through the Creative Cloud app (and so on).

Trouble is, when I click "Get Add-Ons" from the AE hamburger menu in the Creative Cloud app, C4D already shows "added," and I can't (re-)install it. I've already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling AE.

What do I need to do to fix this?
