AE2024启动时显示After Effects错误

无法转换 Unicode 字符。（23：：46），和After Effects错误：加载 Psuedo 效果失败。

1，AE 24.4.1

2，MacOS 14.5 M1芯片

3，启动AE就会报错，没有项目，已经卸载重装问题依然存在。

4，其他，AE2023版本和AEbeta版本正常，不会报错。
