AEGP_GetDynamicStreamFlags cannot be used to query current satus of AEGP_DynStreamFlag_HIDDEN

While third-party plugins can successfully use AEGP_DynamicStreamSuite’s AEGP_SetDynamicStreamFlag function to dynamically change the state of the AEGP_DynStreamFlag_HIDDEN flag, it doesn't seem possible to query the current state of that same flag via the AEGP_GetDynamicStreamFlags function.

Querying the current flags via AEGP_GetDynamicStreamFlags seems to always return a set of flags where the AEGP_DynStreamFlag_HIDDEN bit is zero, no matter what the actual visibility of the corresponding parameter is.
