AEP files Keep Crashing

Everytime I open an After Effects file, no matter how small, its keeps crashing.

 

I'm running a MacBook Pro 2019 with macOS Calalina 10.15.3 with 16GB memory.

What is the exact version of After Effects are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-re-using/td-p/9972137?page=1

Are you able to create a new file from scratch, save it and open it again? Also, do you see any error message?
