AERender command line output settings

Hello, 

I'd like to submit renders using aerender from the command line. 
The -help flag provides me with the following information:

"-outputSettings output_settings"  where output_setting is a formatted list of individual output module settings to override in the render queue item, after any OM templates have been applied. If no render queue item is specified it is an error. Settings are in the form "key1: value1; key2: value2" Keys and values are defined by the After Effects Guide for Output Module Settings.

The example given is:
'-outputSettings "Crop: true; Crop Top: 4"'

But how can I set other things, such as the Format?
Does this 'After Effects Guide for Output Module Settings' live somewhere, else where can I find a list of valid keys and values etc?
