aerender Error - script opens Signup Form

Hi there

I already wrote two different posts but did not get a satisfying answer. If I run the aerender script on macOS or on windows, it opens the signup form of adobe creative cloud. Can you please fix this bug? I tried to contact the support, but it did not come to any solution. They just tried the default checklist stuff. Sign in and Out, Kill Process, restart computer.... But the problem is on software level and I can't reach out to technical support. SO PLEASE HELP! We pay our Adobe Licences regularly and need some help. This bug is really annoying.

With some help of the owner of Rendergarden (https://www.mekajiki.com/rendergarden) I could solve the problem.

If you want to use a computer as render-only Engine you have to add a TXT File to folders. (Written in the last section: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/automated-rendering-network-rendering.html)

 

Funnily enough this was not necessary till we upgraded to Adobe After Effects 2022. That's why we experienced this as an update bug.
