Without any info about your project, render settings, your system and whatever else may be relevant nobody can help you with this problem. Some of these errors and warnings are extremely specific, only come up rarely and often require some lateral thinking to fix. Lots of info is therefore crucial. Speculating about the ominous meaning of the warning one could assume it has something to do with some sound being used in an unexpected place, but really, we need much more details to unriddle this.
