aerender error: unable to call ?openFast? ... Path is not valid

No matter what I do I can't get aerender to start this job. I'e copied the .aep to different locations and no matter where the file is I still get the "path is not valid error". Renaming the aep project to something simple like render.aep seems to fix this but I would rather not have to duplicate and rename my project files just to render them.

I also have no idea what the VR path registry error is doing there.

This same exact script worked a month ago with the same project.

I also have 3 Titan Xp GPUs installed so I don't know why it only shows 2.

Impossible to know since you have redacted the full file path. For al lwe know there could be an extraneaus space or special character that throws things off...

No spaces or special characters, just alphanumeric and underscores. This same exact file name and file path worked a few months ago.

I tried keeping the same file name and moving it to ...\Desktop\ and it still gave the same path error. Renamed the file to render.aep and it worked okayish - lots of corrupt, half rendered frames and a portion with a red bar saying "this effects requires GPU acceleration" baked into the frame.

We're having a lot of RenderGarden users submitting this problem. This seems to be an Adobe bug... they have been unresponsive.
