Aeのプレビューが動かない

How long has this been happening? If it started recently, were there any changes to your machine around that time - an OS update, a new plugin or app installed, or anything similar?

If you haven't already, try a full restart of your computer. It clears out background processes that sometimes interfere with After Effects.

Please make  sure to save in AE before you switch back to Premiere? Are you rendering in Premiere before viewing your changes?
