10th Gen Intel Core i9 10900F (10-Core, 20MB Cache, 2.8GHz to 5.2GHz w/Thermal Velocity Boost)

64 gb on ram fury

Latest version of after effects and media encoder

No plugins

There are several possible causes. Would you mention more specification like OS, version, graphic card, memory etc?

I would assume the cause is shortage of the physical memory, the version of the graphic card driver, the permission of the files, etc.
