After Affects Trial

I downloaded the trial version of after affects four days ago and tonight i was trying to render a video but the app crashed my whole computer and upon restarting my computer it says my trial is up and i must purchase the app to continue using it, despite not even having the trial version for a week. Is there any way this can be resolved as my video didn't even get to save, is there any way i can redownload a trial in order to save my video?
