when i was use Ae cc jaws effect and i drop it to project its tell me (after effect error:this effect cannot be applied because it cannot be initializd try reinstalling or cantacting the plug-in developer) how i can fix it?

Without any system info and other technical details like what version of AE or to what layer type you apply the effect we can't tell you much. You need to be more specific.
