After Effeccts doesnt save

HELLO,

I HAVE ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS CC 2018 AND SUDDENLY DONT LET ME SAVE MY OLD PROJECTS AND EVEN THE NEW ONES. THIS SITUATION IS RECURRENT AND ONLY CHANGING MY OS USER ACCOUNT IT  SEEMS TO BE SOLVED FOR A SHORT TIME.

ANY IDEAS?

WINDOWS 10 HAS BEEN FORMATED MANY TIMES  AND ALSO AE

Hello,

Have you checked the permission (Security tab) of the project file? You set Full control on as a test with your log-in account.

    Hello,

    I guess the cause would be permission of the folders. Would you log-in as an administrator user?

    Yes I'm as an administrator user but I have the same issue.
