after effect 2020 not opening weclome screen and stopped win10

Hi, everybody 

i installed the last update of ae after that nothing working just popup the welcome screen then stopped and hanging, and i see the memory ram full then stopped all programs. i should to make Ctrl-shift-ESC to end taks of ae 

 

win10 .. 

 

any solutions please.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for sharing the information. Are you using any third-party plugin for After Effects? If yes, remove them temporarily and check the issue. If that doesn't help, try the steps suggested in this post.

my laptop ... 4 vga .. core i7 .. 32 ram
