After Effect 2022 work better on Big Sur or Monterey ?

Machine  -  Mac M1

OS  -  MacOS Big Sur  11.5.2

After Version  -  After 2022  22.4

No additional plug ins

My question :

is After work Better on Big Sur or On Monterey   ?

Hi All

im director for French TV

i work on After since Cosa After effect 0.8 ( 1rst Version )

and i work every day on After

i do all with it  ( even editing )

and now

im on Mac M1 on MACOS Big Sur  11.5.2

( i wanted to wait before migrating on Monterey )

i used it since 4 monthes on this machine

Bugs i've Noticed on may :

-

Some render Freeze ! -

it rarely happen to me whatever the version .....

so i have to save very often the projects

cause the only solution i have at this step

it's to shutdown the App ( Force to Quit )

it's a bit ...  the hell

Previews

i have so many Problems with preview since 10 days

That i nearly don't use it  !

( sometimes i clear cache every hour )

i use a Low def Comp in 540p  ( 960 x 540 )

and i make a fast render

Ram is Ok

Cash is ok ( 300 Go )

RUSHes are on 4k  2160 p  30 ips

Brought and edited in a HD comp in 1080p 30 ips

Out Comp (To go faster ) is on 540p

So i don't have any solution to Fix all That

it strongly affect my work

Because i have to restart often the Mac

To refresh all ( Memory .... )

i didn' test to desinstal reinstal

Maybe it help ?

is anyone can give me a advice

to decide to :

go to Monterey ( to solve that )

or

Stay on Big Sur
