am using after effect 2023
work smooth in my laptop intel i7 / rtx 2060 / 32gb ram
I want to use after effect 2024 becuse I can import 3D files and I want to do all my work in this version
SO i found more then 15 version in after effect 2024
what do you recommaed and which version of after effect 2024 you are using
I want stable version and without slow prevew and bugs.
and most importent to work fine with my laptop power

I'd recommend using the latest version always, as it comes with bug fixes and new features. The latest version (25.2) came with around 60 bug fixes and some quality of life new features. One of them was High Performance Preview Playback.

what about version 24.6 

and I see mre version like 24.6.1 untel 24.6.6
