After Effect 2025 오류 (crash repair option)

Question

애프터이펙트 2025 버전으로 작업 중 거의 5분에 한번씩 컴퓨터가 멈추고 로딩이 걸리다가 컴퓨터가 강제종료 됩니다.

재시작 해보면 사진과 같은 crash repair option 창이 뜨는데요, 3rd party effect plugin은 설치되어 있지 않으며

환경 값을 초기화 하고 앱을 삭제 후 재설치 해도 같은 현상이 나타납니다.

    Application: After Effects v25.1.0.68
    OS: macOS v14.2.1, RAM: 32.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

Thanks for writing in and sorry for your issue. Please share the following details so that we better understand the issue:

1. Does it happen in all the projects or a particular one?

2. Have you tried running After Effects in Safe Mode? Does that help?

3. Are there any error messages or crash reports?
