After Effect 22.4 running crazy slow on M1 Max

I was update my AE to 22.3, then 22.4. But both of these versions that support m1 sillicone drive me crazy. It even slower than 22.2 versions on my Mac, I'm using a M1 max chip, with 64GB ram, 2T for disc.

But when I use 22.4, it even can't smoothly play a 4K footage, with no effect on. I have to turn down the quality to half to play smooth.
Another problem is when I use tracking on 4k foogtage, is extremly slow. Just a simple track, I use an otlder Mac is faster than my M1 chip Mac.

I already let AE use the 58GB of ram, 100% CPU, nothing helps.

Does anyone has the same issue? How can I fix it?

I'm using the version 23 of AE on my brand new MB M1 Max 64gb ram and it's painfully slow.

Just a simple text layer with a glow and a gaussian blur, and it's like rendering a 4k project.

It takes sometimes 4-5 seconds just to refresh a frame.

My old MB mid 2016 was faster than that.

Sometimes I get a "Out of memory" warning for a simple task, which is make no sense.

Not to mention the impossibility of contacting Adobe directly about this...
I hope there will be a fix soon because at the price I pay per month to Adobe, this is unacceptable.

Try allocating an even multiple of 4 GB of ram to Adobe apps. Try 48 or 52. That should smooth out the data pipeline.

Check the Activity Monitor. Make sure nothing else is running. Let us know what you find.

I already gave 58 ram to Adobe, nothing help, and I open nothing else. I re-install the mac os, and re-install AE, also clean or the data before. Just not helping.... Tracking is extremly slow, I track the same footage on FCPX, very smooth, but AE is  extremly slow.

Thanks for the feedback I'm still using the 2020 version on m1 max and I guess I won't update the new version)
