After Effect CC 2017 launch error when updated

When I launch the AE after updated through creative cloud. It will popup the error message and I need to close it to launch the AE.

How to fix it? Many thanks.

PC spec:

Win7 pro x 64bits

16GB RAM

CPU: i5

    Instead of launching via the CC app, try going to After Effects in your start menu, right-clicking on it and choosing to Run As Administrator. See if that opens correctly.
