After Effect continua a chiudersi

After Effect continua a chiudersi da solo, non da messaggi di errore e mi chiede se voglio salvare le ultime modifiche prima di farlo... ma io non voglio che si chiuda!
Inoltre, ogni volta che lo riapro devo ridare i dati del mio account.
Cosa posso fare?

    That doesn't sound ideal.

    Is there a specific action/command that causes it to crash or it happens randomly? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and version of After Effects you're using? Try running After Effects in Safe Mode and see if that helps.     Did you try the Safe Mode? Does it happen in all the projects? Do you get the crash reporter when it crashes? If you do, please provide your email is submit it. We'll be able to find the crash report on our end.
