After Effect Crash Desktop Problem

Hi, I bought adobe creative cloud yesterday and then I downloaded Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro. I had a problem when I downloaded After Effect. I showed my problem in the video. When I open After Effect, a file called afterfx appears on the desktop every time and the application loading screen closes and the application does not open.

Sorry for the crash.

It usually happens when there are third-party plug-ins installed. To remove the plug-ins, go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore and move all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) to a different location.
