After Effect Crash Problems

Hello, I have a problem. I won't hide the fact that I don't have the best computer, but recently I've been using After Effects without any major performance problems, or something loaded slower. But suddenly, for no reason, my performance dropped to about 1%, a regular clip doesn't want to load properly, and after adding an effect and clicking the spacebar, the program crashes. Anyone have any ideas

    Thanks for writing in.

    Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Does it happen with a specific type of file or all the file formats are affected? Have you tried clearing the media cache (https://adobe.ly/3MyDlc7) and running After Effects Safe Mode (https://adobe.ly/3QrlSDG)?
