after effect error (0::1)

 I tried to import c4d files into the program but failed to do over and over again

due to that error. I copied softwares the image I attached below. Though, It was no use doing this.

Please help me figure out this. I'd be very appreciated If anyone can respond to it quickly.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you try running After Effects as administrator (right click the After Effects icon and select Run as administrator)? If that doesn't help, try reinstalling After Effects.

      Perhaps an issue with your Korean language? Have you actually installed everything in Korean so the proper paths are used?

        Firstly, Thank you for responding to my post 🙂

        I've used all of programs with english version.

        Lately, I updated cinema 4d (S24).

        But, The same things happened again 😞

        Do I have to reinstall cinema 4d program?

        I think I installed it in the wrong path.
