After Effect Error cannot access the analytic server or something

In after effect crashpad handler and dynamic link in after effect dynamiclink and crashpad handler to stop after effect from openning and these two dynamiclink and crashpad handler opening multiple times when i stop every file of these then aftereffect open but it start not responding i deleted plugins and scripts it not work what should i do then i deleted the files with these Dynamiclink and crashpadhandler which opening multipletimes when i open the after effects and now after effect open but i cannot use tracker in after effect like track camera tell me a fix to solve this
