After effect export file won't open in quick time

I am using the latest Ae 2020 with my macbook pro 2020 m1, i am tryting to export my file from Ae however the mov file cant be open with quick time and basiclly I cant use it on anywhere except Ae. Can someone help.? Is there any setting that I need to fix?
