    Hi hos26421372qyzp,

    Sorry for your issue.

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What happens if you disable Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels in After Effects Preferences > Display?

Let us know, we're here to help.

    Thanks,

    Nishu

hi . thanks for responding . you can see my system specs in this link  https://www.acer.com/zaen/conceptd/laptops/conceptd-3/pdp/NX.C5VEA.001

..... actually i tried that before,  but nothing happened . the only solution is disabling intel driver .  and i updated both nividia and intel driver  but the problem persist . i had the exact issue with photoshop and i forced it to use intel driver only and that fixed it . but in after effect it is wierd . flickering only happens in composition workspace .

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
