After Effect Freeze after a couples of minutes

Hello, I recently took a subscription for After Effect but unfortunately I can't do anything in my projects.

The software launches well but as soon as I want to make a change on the project whether it is add a text, a solid or just move the cursor of the timeline, the software freezes indefinitely. I do not have a memory problem in my opinion, but I give you the configuration of my pc so that you can help me:

Windows 10 64-bit

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

64.0 Go Dual-Channel Unknow @ 1596MHz

aSUSTeK PRIME X570-PRO (AM4)

44095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

953GB SSD 860 PRO 1TB

I want to make it clear that my graphics driver is up to date.

I also tried to do a test with benchmark but the software freezes during the tests.

I was also recommended to look at the logs to see what causing the issue but no chance there ever, After Effect simply not being able to create them.

All I can show you is a DebugDatabase.txt, but not being an expert I can't understand where the problem is.

I need to use After Effect for a project and I find myself paying a subscription for a software that I can't even use.

Thank you in advance if you can help me.

I find this very concerning.  My first suggestion is to try uninstalling AE and reinstalling it. It may have just failed.  Have you set up Media Caches? Edit > Preferences > Media and Disk Cache.

I think you should contact Adobe Support directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/

I've used their live chat twice in the past and they spent hours fixing the problem.
