After effect freezing

after effects keeps freezing and crashing on mac and this warning shows every time. 

I tried deleting the program and re-installizing, deleting cache files and deleting all the plugins and re-installizing it too.

    The issue mentioned in the article is similar to what you're facing.

    It works until AE crashes again...:(

    Is there a specific action/command that triggers this? If the previous suggestion didn't help, try providing full disk access to After Effects. Here's how: https://support.avast.com/en-in/article/allow-mac-full-disk-access/#mac (choose After Effects instead of the application chosen in the article).
