After effect is not working

My after effect is not working. Its show a 'invalid menu operation' always, when i try to use selection tool or others actions. After showing this nothing is work properly, even i'm not able to close or restart the software.

Hi Siddharth,

 

Could you try installing the latest update of After Effects (22.1.1) and see if it brings any change?
