After Effect Keeps Crashing

Hi

Got a problem with AE. It just keeps crashing after opening it. I tried the other programs, they are fine.

I don't know what the problem is.

Hi! Thanks for the system details. What happens when you try launching the app as administrator? Right-click on the app icon > Run as administrator. 

Also, can you check if there's a crash report saved? https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-after-effects-crash-logs-on-your-computer/m-p/10333124

Actually, I already contacted customer service and they already resolved my problem with the AfterEffect.

We have no idea what is going on because you have not told us anything about your system, your OS version, your version of After Effects, or how you are opening the program. My first guess; your system does not meet the After Effects System Requirements. My second guess; you have some problems with your GPU drivers. My third guess; you have installed some incompatible 3rd party tools or an antivirus program that is causing problems, or you have something else on your system that is causing a conflict. 

 

Tell us more and we can probably come up with some better guesses.

    Thank you for your reply.

    My PC specs are as below

    OS: Window 10 (Latest version)

    RAM: 16 Gb

    AfterEffect: Ver 18.0

    Usually, I open from Adobe Creative Cloud as I do for the other programs.

    Previously, It was just fine. I can use it but the problem starts today. It keeps crashing while opening the app.

    I tried the other programs and they're all fine. I think I don't have any 3rd party program installed on my PC.

    For the antivirus program, I use only window defender :).

    Please check the attached file for your perusal. It keeps showing me this error message every time I open it.
