After Effect Preview seem to be bugged

Last time I had a problem with it, I got it to work after posting here. But it's happening again after "fixing" it, it seem to be quite random as how it start. Sometimes it doesn't happen with certain videos I am editing while with other videos it works fine. I am almost sure this started with the last update I had done.

In short: sometimes preview only play very few frames and keep repeating them, no matter how much I change my settings. I have put a few images here of my AE settings, which was working normally the past days and now it's with the same problem that I had fixed.

Closing Media Encoder ( empty, no work being done or in list ) seem to partially fix it, but months ago I used to work with AE and ME open normally without any issue and lately I allocated even more MRAM for the programs.
