After effect preview stop after 5 images and low memory message

Question

Hello I have a problem with my after effect when I preview the timeline it won't go any further than five image after I have to spam the space bar to get the preview bar going further. And when I stop I have the message 'low memory warning ram as being extended for previews adjust RAM sitting in preference". I try all all the solution that I found on internet, add more rAM indeed in the preference menu, empty the cache section.

PC : labtop Nitro ANV15-41
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
RAM : 16,0 Go
GPU : 4060

Version of after effect : 25,1
