Que puis-je faire pour résoudre ce problème ? Je ne trouve aucune solution et ça fait une semaine que je ne sais pas utiliser After Effect.

You may want to consider using the Adobe Cleaner Tool. This will require the re-installation of all apps so it is pretty extreme but may fix the problem: Here is a link for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
