after effect problème avec OpenGL

Question

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème au lancement de after efect version 18.4.1 et la 22.1.1.
Au lancement de celui-ci, il y a l'erreur suivante :

After effect s'est bloqué précedemment lors de l'initialisation d'openGL.
Malgré la réinstallation de after effect et les pilotes de la carte graphique cela ne fonctionne pas.

Pourriez-vous faire une mise à jour ?

Try this:Reset Ae preferences:Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching After Effects. You can release the Alt or Option key when the splash screen appears.To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Control-Shift-Alt (Windows) or Command-Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the keys when the splash screen appears.
