After effect project crash problem

Hey everyone, hope you all doing well. I have Lost my project (containing 8 hours of hard work).
In auto save folder the project is not also there, i searched the project in whole pc files but I didn't get the recovery , pls help me ,  I have opened the project in old version also but same problem, Please Help me.

It showing "after effects error : missing data in file"
