after effect render impossible

Hi so I'm a beginner (low key) in video editing and I'm making a video in after effects. I've done stuff on AE and Premiere before and never had any issue rendering with media encoder. 

But for some reason the video I made won't render. I use h.264 and the settings of my composition but when i try to export it, I get a mp4 file of 0:00 seconds that is just the first frame of mu whole composition ? 

I literally tried everything I've found on the internet : purge, changed my settings, ect. 

i really can't find the source of my problems and it's starting to annoy me A LOT. 

So please can someone help me ? I'm putting screenshots of everything so that you can tell me if my beginner a$$ just made a very dumb mistake in my settings lol.
