After effect shut down

Hi !

Since I made the update to 17.0 on my Windows 10 system, my After effects projetcts just shut down for no reason. Somebody can help me please ?

Sorry for your issue. We would need more info on this. Please share your system specifications (OS, CPU GPU and RAM). Is this happening with a particular project or is it with new projects as well? Also, in which version of After Effects was this project originally created?

Hi my specs are :

Intel(R) Core(TM i7-9700 k CPU 3.60GHz

RAM : 64 Go

Windows 10 64 bits

NVIDA Quadro P1000

I just made the update from V 16.1.13 to V17.0 I open a project in V 16.1.13 and made the changing after effects request to match with the new update. Since then After Effect shuts down for no reason and without send a message explaining why it shuts down.

Tell me if I forget something.
