After Effect stutters. Error: "Playing from RAM... (NOT realtime)"

When working in After Effects, the program cannot keep up with image caching, the following message appears: "playing from ram ..... (NOT realtime) as in the attached screenshot. When I check the load on the processor, RAM and graphics card, none of them is loaded 100% and has a large margin. The image jams occur whenever I do something more complicated in the program, such as when I process a recording on greenscreen using any plug-in for green screen keying, or when I apply several animations at the same time. Is this computer simply too weak to work in After Effects? If so, I'm ready to buy a new computer. I would like to ask for information on what parameters the computer should have so that it does not jam when working in Afret Effects, e.g. when processing video on a green screen using keying. I would be very grateful if you could let me know what PC you are working on if you don't have this type of problem.
