After Effect V23.1 - Can't import .obj

When I want to import an .obj and put the object in a new composition, the program does not open the .OBJ setup window

This feature is not available in the official release yet. 3D Object import is in the beta version of After Effects. You can install the beta version if you'd like and give it a try: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/creative-cloud-beta.html#
