After Effect version 23.1 Error When Opening

Dear All,

Today my After Effect error when opening there are three pop us massage and then After Effect close it cannot continue to process as per screenshot attach, for the information the After Effect version is 23.1 for Windows.

Lookin forward to receive the advise for solve it.

To troubleshoot this issue, I suggest trying the following steps:

1-Restart your computer and try opening After Effects again.

2-Make sure that you have the latest version of After Effects installed.

3-If you are still having issues, try resetting After Effects preferences by holding down Alt+Ctrl+Shift as you start After Effects.

4-If you are still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling After Effects. Make sure to delete the After Effects preferences file before reinstalling. The preferences file is located at:

Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\[Version]\Adobe After Effects Prefs.txt

macOS: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/[Version]/Adobe After Effects Prefs.txt
