Yes, check permissions and It seems that you are from Turkey, and your alphabet contains a lot of special characters.

Make sure that the entire path from the root of your computer contains no special characters.

Good Path:

C:\Kullanicilar\Ozlem\Belgeler\Proje_Ornek\Dosya_2024.obj

Bad Path:

C:\Kullanıcılar\Özlem\Belgeler\Proje_Örnek\Dosya@#2024.obj

If you can find the missing file After Effects says in the actual folder, the cause may be due to permission to get access to the file. You change the permission of the folder.
