After Effect Warning : Unknown Exception

I keep getting this error : unknown exception while previewing my file on after effects without any valid reason and it's very frustrating!

Please share the following details so that we can understand the issue better:

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and version of After Effects?
  • Do you get this issue in all the projects or a particular one?
  • A screenshot of the error would be helpful.

It sometimes appears in the middle of a project, not from the beginning.
