After Effects 2014 compatibility with Media Encoder in 2019

Hi,

I recently began using the CC suite. I bought a plug-in that requires the 2014 version of After Effects. When I attempt to add a file from my composition to the Media Encoder queue, it says that it is not installed. I had the latest version of Media Encoder installed, and I figured that that was the issue. I downloaded the oldest version available in the Creative Cloud app (11.xx) . I have now come to understand that to match with AE2014, I need version 8.x, but this is not available in the Creative Cloud app. Do any of you have any suggestions?

    The versions must match.  Fortunately, there's also Adobe Media Encoder in CC2014.
