After Effects 2020 and 2021 constantly crashing on Mojave

From around the end of October 2021 my macbook running AE2020 and AE2021 on Mojave has been crashing during normal light procedures. Media Encoder may also be crashing. I've reinstalled both AE and ME but the problem continues. 

 

I submitted Crash Reports and can provide those if instructed on how to retreive them. I haven't installed anything new and cannot update this mac to newer OS as it uses server software for Mojave I require. Can somebody provide a solution to this?

Sorry for the crash. Could you share more details:

  • Does it creash while working or at launch?
  • What are your system specification (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
  • Do you use any third-party plug-ins?

It was crashing during simple operations, specs below, I do use plugins. I decided to upgrade to Monterey and updated Adobe CC and apps and it's been fine since.

2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Radeon Pro 460 4 GB

Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB
