After Effects 2020 crash at launch

Question

Hello,
I just install After Effects 2020 free trial.When I try to open it, I get the following message: After Effect error:could not convert Unicode characters (23::46). Please help me.I want to buy this but its not working!

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue. I see that you are not able to launch After Effects. I'd be happy to take care of this for you.
