After Effects 2021 & 2022 Not Responding - When Opening App

I tried to open AE 2021 and after the initial screen it just hangs saying 'Not Responding'.

I updated to 2022... Same issue.

Anybody had this before?

I have deadlines!!

Sorry for your issue. Would you mind sharing the following details so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly:

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
Do you see any error message or crash report?
Did you install any third-party plug-ins for After Effects?

Nishu, how are you? I installed After Effects 2022 on a new PC laptop for work and it keeps crashing on me and giving me a "Not Responding" window. what should I do?
