After Effects 2021 and 2020 Won't Launch Even After Reinstall Multiple Times

I can't do anything to fix this and I have client work to do.

System specs/OS version/Available Ram/3rd Party plug-ins/and AE version all could have a bearing on the problem you are having. I'm having no problems with any of my Mac's but one of them is only running 17.7 AE 2020 because that is as far as the OS and the hardware will let me go.

i’ve completely uninstalled and lost preferences plugins etc and all and
reinstalled and gotten the same issues
