I am working on a project which is due today(!) and all of a sudden a specific composition just crashed randomly.

"

Last log message was: <124361> <DBSync> <5> BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdateQueue::Render_DeserializeFullProject ZANZIBAR-2: old=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, new=9a23bf87-4683-4981-8cd7-61bfdeddaecf, new-ts=112286"

This is the error message I keep getting. Also tried to import the composition into a new project: same error message. I really, really need help on this one, since it is a days work and due today.

Thanks.

Hi Wim,

Thanks for the fix. But this was not the solution for my case.

It turned out to be a wrong (CMYK) color profile for one of my (.AI) assets I used in the comp.
So the fix was:
- delete the AI file (from computer completely)

- open de comp (no more error)

- delete the empty media placeholder from the comp

- add a new asset (with correct color profile)

Hi,

Here's how I would go about this:

- delete all render caches

- create a new project, turn caps lock ON to disable the previewing, go into preferences->display and CHECK Disable Thumbnails. After that, import your project into this new one and save under a different name

- close all open comps in the timeline window

- in preferences->memory, disable multiframe rendering

- turn caps lock off and see if the problem has gone. If it has, you can continue without multiframe support. If not: maybe you could share your project here so one of us can have a look. Not the media, just the project.

Let us know how it goes.

Wim
