After Effects 2021, Preview Freezes after opening a layer

I have been using after effects for a month or so but i recently have been running into an error. Every time I open a layer panel, the preview freezes and it doesnt unfreeze until i save my projects, exit AE and go back into the project. I used to use AE 2022 and this bug would still happen, so I uninstalled it and got AE 2021. The bug is still here so i figure this must be something with my computer. 

 

My info: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics. I have put a video for visual detail to explain what Is going on.

        Sorry, I accidently clicked something that made the blue thing on the timeline(I dont know what its called) smaller so it only showed a little bit. I never went into a different comp. I will put a new video to show you

          I see you start in Comp 1, then double click in the youtube layer and go into the Layer viewer. Then you switch into a different comp with a different timescale. Are you sure that second comp doesn't have a layer time freeze or is limited in frames as it was generated from an in/out from the Layer viewer?
