After effects 2022 crashing / unstable

Hi collegues

I was using AE everyday with no problems up until the 9th of november. I took a break and when i came back it kept crashing so i updated to AE 22.0.1 as well as macOS Monetery which hasn't solved the problem. I can't figure out what's causing this. Looking around the forum i though it was the Element 3d plugin im using which i've also updated with no luck.

I'm not great with computers so i've attached the error code below hope that helps

I've tried pretty much everything on the forum, from emptying caches to updating everything. Does anyone have some new solutions? it's so frustrating because it was working perfectly fine before i took a break 😕😕 now it's very unstable crashing every 10-20 minutes

I have had nothing but headaches with After Effects v22. I disabled all the "new features" like multi-frame rendering and RAM preview while idle (the latter of which is just stupid imo). Even so, scrubbing and previews are slow, renders freeze up, and the Composition Window will get stuck in a half-res or quarter-res fast preview mode. I went back to 2021 (v18) and it was like having lead weights freed from my ankles.
